General Information

Limetree House is a grade B listed building located in Eastgate, beyond Moffat High Street. About 200 years antique, the lodging contains a lot of original has. This lodging features been graded at four Stars from the Scottish Tourist Board and four Diamonds from the Automobile Association. We have 6 bedrooms, all of which are adjacent, two of our nice bedrooms have full sized bathrooms, with bath and shower. As well as two double suites, we have 1 twin suite on the 1st floor, good for customers with limited mobility. The bathroom features a shower seat, handrail and leg support cushion. A Superior twin suite, the Master bedroom with king size bed & a family suite with three beds propose a range of suites to suit all requirements. All our suites are easy and decorated with taste. All our suites have TV's (Freeview), DVD players, facilities of making tea/coffee and hairdryers. An iron and ironing board are available on the occasion of a demand. Moffat is situated in gorgeous Annandale and Eskdale. This locality is home to amazing landscape, coastlines, wildlife and illustrious local food. Spend a day strolling round the Devil's Beeftub, so called because cattle rustlers hid their beasts there. Come back to Moffat through the "Crown of Scotland" and Hartfell Spa, then finish the day with a juicy steak at the Buccleuch Arms Hotel, before falling asleep in our Master Bedroom.
