General Information

The Tudor House Hotel is a conventional 17th Century character property. Built in 1652, all ten bedrooms feature original beam business. We provide a range of bedrooms: Single, Single (for double occupancy), Double, Family (for upto 4) and Four Poster. All Bedrooms are en-suite, some with both bath and shower, central heating, remote control TV, radio alarm clock, full cordiality tray and additionaly toilletries. Our Restaurant; 1652 is open daily from 0700 where you are sure to enjoy either a Full Traditional Breakfast or a lighter choice; all just prepared by our Breakfast Chef. Food is obtainable all day at The Tudor House and we provide a magnificent variety of Light Bites, Traditional Lunches - a lot of to chefs own recepies and a fine A la Carte carte menu. Also, our brasserie stocks a big variety of beers, wines and spirits. Car park is precisely 100 yards away and is offered free to patrons. The Tudor has just been given AA and English Tourist Board rating for bed & breakfast. where we were praised for our cordiality, food, cleanliness and personnel friendliness. We also offer independent Wi-Fi in the whole hotel. The Tudor also caters for little Wedding Receptions, Christenings and Private Parties .The Tudor House Hotel is the main basis for work or leisure. We are situated un the centre in the beautiful city of Market Drayton, at the foot of the Shropshire Union Canal, all main highway links and within a short distance of Chester, Crewe, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton and Stoke on Trent.

Transportation

From THE NORTHM6 to J15, follow the signs for Shrewsbury - you'll originally be on the A5182 and this will lead to the A53. At the roundabout for the A53 turn left - restful following Shrewsbury. Market place Drayton is signposted. The Hotel is in the Town Centre. From THE SOUTH From the M6 - either as above or use J10A - follow the signs for M54 Telford and Shrewsbury. At J3 take the A41 signed whitchurch. Follw this to the Tern Hill roundabout. Market place Drayton is signed to your right. The Hotel is in the Town Centre. From THE WESTHead toward either Chester or Shrewsbury (depending upon your starting location) and take the A41 and follow the signs for Whitchurch and Wolverhampton. Market place Drayton is signed.
