By highway: exit at mix 19, signed 'Manchester'. This leads to the m56. Follow this highway till it becomes the a15103, signposted for Manchester downtown. Go direct over the 1st roundabout, then turn directly at the 2nd set of traffic lights, go through the next set onto Portland Street. The hotel is situated at the upper of the highway on the right hand side By rail: From Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station, turn right out of the station. At the 2nd set of lights turn left. The hotel is on the left. (Duration of trip on foot: 5 minutes). By air: from Manchester Airport, take the m602 and follow signs to Central Manchester and then to Piccadilly Gardens.
