Payment Information: There is a 3% surcharge for all credit card payments upon check-in at the hotel. Please note that our hotel accepts VISA, Mastercard and Maestro cards only. We do not accept Switch cards and any booking made with incorrect credit card details may be cancelled. During Sunday to Thursday, the hotel reception is open from 07: 30 to 22:00. Guests who want to staying out later than this time may obtain a key/card to the major door for a deposit of ten GBP. The ten GBP deposit will be returned upon production of a valid receipt. Reception is open all night on Fridays and Saturdays. However, you may calm take a key for the major door as per the above terms.

Reservations must be cancelled two days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
