From the m602 go onto the a57 Mancunian Way. Keep in nearside lane and leave at the exit signed Umist. Take the urgent right slip highway onto Sackville Street, and the hotel is the second building on the left. From Piccadilly Station, please take the escalator down to the lower level, as you come outside the station whether you look to the right you'll see traffic lights to the left of the traffic lights across the highway you'll see Granby Row, please stroll down this highway going staright ahead. When you reach the end of the highway you'll turn left, keep strolling with the natwest bank and retro brasserie on your right hand side. Stroll ahead we are the 2nd building on the righ hand side after you have crossed the highway. The auto garden is on Charles Street which is five mins stroll to the hotel. It's a pay and display auto garden.

No pets allowed. Smoking apartments accessible upon demand subject to availability. Group reservations are to be cancelled 1 month beforehand, also in writing by 4pm.

Reservations must be cancelled one day beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
