From Ipswich A12: At the roundabout with the Volkswagon garage (just South of Lowestoft) take the A1117 (pass the garage, 1st left) which is sign posted to Beccles and Oulton Broad. Go direct over at the following 4 roundabouts. At the T-junction with the traffic lights (Flying Dutchman pub on the right hand side) turn left towards Beccles on the A146 Ivy Lane is on your right immediately after the Tesco Express petrol station. Drive down Ivy Lane and over small bridge and the driveway leads into the auto parkFrom Norwich Travel along the A146 (Norwich to Lowestoft road). You'll see an Tesco Express petrol station on your left. Ivy Lane is immediately before the petrol station (on the left). Drive down Ivy Lane and over small bridge and the driveway leads into the parking.
