Our site is perfect for work or leisure, with major sights and cities within simple get to. Lostwithiel itself features a lot to propose, with a number of elite antiques boutiques, arts and crafts, restaurants, pubs and much more. Whether you're a hole golf enthusiast we are several min drive from Lostwithiel Golf Club. Many sights such as The Eden Project, Lanhydrock House, Fowey, Bodmin and some of the South West's best beaches are all within a 6 mile radius. We are a charming base for exploration Cornwall and the South West with Plymouth, Padstow, Looe, Newquay, Truro and Rock all easily reached within a 45 minute drive. We cater tasty home-cooked food all ready on the property and to a high standard. We brag genuine ales (Cask Marque). Our open forest burner, bare limestone walls and hospitable locals all add to the character and produce for an outstanding comfortable night during the winter months, while our spacious sunny ale park features a lot of seating for you to unwind in. Our suites have all been renovated in 2009 and all but one are en-suite, however this features prestigious use of a lovely supplementary huge bathroom. We would like to point out that being a social cottage with amicable locals, a certain amount of din will drift up through to the suites during opening hours. Transportation

From Plymouth follow the A38 towards Bodmin, turn onto A390 towards Lostwithiel St Austell. The Earl of Chatham is signposted from the major highway as you enter Lostwithiel.
