From London Heathrow Airport: Take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington station. When exiting the station, stroll west on Praed Street then turn into Craven Road. Turn left into Westbourne Terrace - the hotel is situated on the left-hand side, 200 meters down (approx three mins stroll from the station).

A credit card number is required to promise your arrival. Pets are not allowed. Kids are welcome. The hotel has smoking and non- smoking apartments.

Reservations must be cancelled one day beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 12 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than two year can staying for independent.
