In addition (if Sunborn auto gardens are full) ExCeL have drawn up a easy procedure for all clients and exhibitors to go by. You're recommended to Pre-book as this secures a site in the 2 on-site auto gardens. By Pre-booking you'll also get a 20% discount on the normal tariff rate. There is a Pre-booking deadline of 10 working days prior to the event. Disabled parking bays are accessible in all auto gardens. The normal tariff applies to all disabled parking; there is no discount accessible. However there are 12 self-sufficient disabled bays located in the East Car Park, but these spaces cannot be booked and are accessible on a 1st come 1st catered basis.
