The hotel will receive the first night authorization code from your card company for secure of the booking. There is a 2% fee for any bank card payment. Any earlier departures have to report the hotel 72 hours prior to the day of your departure as well; otherwise there is no refund for the days not stayed.

Reservations must be cancelled three days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than three year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than three year can staying for self-sufficient.
