By Air: We are two mins stroll from Paddington Station, the terminus of the Heathrow Express. (You can travel to Heathrow Airport in 15 mins aboard the Heathrow Express Train). The Heathrow Express runs from 05: 00 to 23: 40 and costs 13 GBP one way. We can also organize the Hotelink shuttle amenities from Heathrow (15) or Gatwick (22) for a door-to-door amenities. Please enquire directly with the hotel for further info. By Train/ Underground: Paddington metro station connects you to the rest of London, with instant access to four metro lines. The station is catered by the following metro lines: Bakerloo, District, Circle, Hammersmith & City. The following bus routes also stop at Paddington station: seven, 15 & 23, 205 (from Kings Cross), 436 and 36 (from Victoria). Paddington is the arrival point for all trains from Wales and the West. Enjoy day trips from Paddington to Windsor Castle, Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon. By Car: - Take the M40 as far as the Paddington turn off. - Take the first left into Bishops Bridge Road and drive down the side of the station till the next set of traffic lights, where you need to produce a left turn into Praed Street. - Next take the first right into London Street, where you see the Burger King, and then the first left into Norfolk Square. Parking: The surrounding NCP auto garden charges 16 GBP for 24 hours. Boulevard parking zone is available in facade of the hotel and is independent overnight (18: 30 to 08: 30) and all day Sundays and social weekends. Please note: From 19 February 2007 the Cardiff Hotel is interior the congestion charging zone.

Accounts are payable on arrival by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, cash or sterling tourists cheque. Please note that credit card details are taken at the time of booking as a secure only and no money has been deducted from your card. Whether wish to pay using the same credit card, you'll need to have it with you on arrival.

Reservations must be cancelled two days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
