By highway: The hotel can be easily reached from the m4 and a40. We are situated in Chiltern Street which is off Marylebone and opposite Baker Street station.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to promise your reservation, however we will not debit your card till you arrive at the hotel. Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation, there will be no cancellation fee, provided it's done 48 hours prior to arrival. A 'no show' or cancellation within 48 hours of arrival will incur a one night cancellation charge. Our hotel is a non smoking establishment.

Reservations must be cancelled two days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than three year are considered adult for suite occupancy. Kids no older than two year can staying for independent.
