A credit card is required as a promise. A 150 gbp holding deposit per night is required at check-in to cover and extras, damages etc. We require the following cancellation notice: 1-5 suites - 24 hours prior to arrival; 5-10 suites - 72 hours prior to arrival; ten apartments or more - two weeks prior to arrival. Any bookings for a staying of five days or more will need to be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. Failure to cancel outside five days will result in a charge of the full booking cost. We do not allow pets.

Reservations must be cancelled one day in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
