Our POLICY IS TO PRE-AUTHORISE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO CHECK VALIDITY PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Credit CARD WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IN THE EVENT OF NO-SHOW OR CANCELLATION/ AMENDMENT IN VIOLATION OF OUR CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT POLICY. Cancellation/amendment POLICY: Cancellations/amendments made less than seven days prior to arrival will be a minimum night's lodging. No-shows are charge at 100% of booking entire. All requests for cancellations and/or amendments must be received in writing.
Cancellation policy
Reservations must be cancelled seven days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
