Our B&B is a non smoking establishment. Smoking is permitted in the park only.

Our rates comprise an wide diary Buffet Breakfast with a choice of vegetables, fruit, juice, croissants, cereal, coffee & tea.

By Car: North Circular A406 onto A598 Finchley Rd. At tube turn left then first right. From motorway: M1 Junct 1 and follow signs to Golders Green. Nearest Underground and Bus station: Golders Green on the Northern Line. 1 minute stroll. By Coach from Stansted Airport - a unique coach/bus facilities A6/A4 stops at Golders Green station.

Please advise us of your estimated arrival time. A credit card is required as a secure. Whether the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. We have a non smoking policy in our B&B. Independent reserved Parking spaces are limited. Whether you need a parking space please demand one.

Our Cancellation Period is seven days before arrival date. Any changes or cancellation before this date are non chargable. Changes or cancellation less than seven days and more than 24 hours before arrival, will incure a charge of 30% of reservation charge (minimum 1 night charge). Cancellations of less than 24 hours before arrival or No shows will be charged at 100% of reservation value. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
