The guesthouse is one and a half miles from the pleasing state city of Llangollen and is within free access of all the primary highways serving the North West, the Midlands and the relaxation of the U.K. Its serene location is perfect for enjoying the varied local facilities and also as a base for exploration the relaxation of North Wales, including the Snowdonia National Park and waterside spas. Embedded in eight acres of unspoiled village close to the bottom of the striking Horseshoe Pass, and enjoying breathtaking views of open fields and hills to all sides, Abbey Grange proposes a peaceful setting for a languish vacation. Traditionally built from local slatestone and primarily the privy residence of the local slate quarry owner, the guesthouse now unites the character of an old-time farmstead with the advantage of up-to-date amenities. The name of the Hotel derives from the surrounding 13th century Valle Crucis Abbey. Outside, there is a Sun Patio, a spacious Garden / Lawn region and a kids' play region which consists of swings and a Bouncy Castle. There is also an extensive personal car parking. Interior, you can have a rest with friends in the cozy Abbey brasserie or you are able to enjoy a glass of Real Ale in the Oak Bar - we maintain a choice of at least 4 premium quality cask conditioned beers. There is also an ample screen TV in the Oak Bar for watching Special Events. Brasserie Meals are accessible throughout the day and in the evening you are able to Wine and Dine in the Eliseg restaurant, which can provide for as plenty of as seventy people at a function. There are eight large and well appointed bedrooms, all on the ground floor. All have privy bathrooms, TV and Tea/Coffee amenities and central heating. Six of the suites are perfectly set for families. Some of the bedrooms are fitted with four-poster apartments.
