A sincere welcome to Lincoln City Apartments. This clear and present-day 2 bedroom self catering suite is situated in the center in the center of historic Lincoln. Lincoln City Apartments give convenience at its finest with the High Street just around the corner and the railway station and grand Cathedral a short and idyllic 5 minute stroll away. The room is completely provided with LCD TV, full kitchen amenities, linen and a complementary welcome basket on your coming. If you're visiting for work or recreation, you're welcome to visit and experience our neighborly and individual service. The suite able to quarter up to 4 persons, using 2 disunite double beds and a single bed. Supervised kids are welcome using existing bedding. Recently opened in October 2009. Our contemporary, acceptable option for a Guest House or Bed and Breakfast, is yours from only £79 per night!

Transportation

From the A15Broadgate on the eastern side of Lincoln, turn west onto Clasketgate. Take the following right (Flaxengate), then a fast left onto Grantham Street. Walter House, a four storey brick building will be direct ahead of you. Follow the highway left onto Swan avenue, turn left after 20m into the off st parking (grey signs labelled Peach Group). Select any slot and proceed back to Walter House. Ring the bell for Apartment five and our personnel will invite you.
