Ascot Grange Hotel has 27 bedrooms, privately-owned auto parking, a brasserie and restaurant situated at the foot of the downtown. Headingley is a vibrant site with a wide range of bars,pubs, restaurants and boutiques and are all in short distance from the hotel. Leeds downtown is only two miles away. There is a bus stop situated 100 metres from the hotel and the buses are each ten mins to the downtown. Alternatively whether you were to drive into the town from the hotel it could not be simpler there are no left or right hand turns its a direct drive.

Route from m1: Leave the m1 following signs for the 'city centre'. Pass under the railway tunnel to arrive at town piazza. At the town piazza, follow the signs for 'all loop traffic'. This will bring you along quebec st and up east parade. At the upper of east parade, carry on past the infirmary (lgi) on your left. Turn right up Portland Way. At the upper of portland st turn left onto the a660. Carry on the a660 for two miles through headingley. Ascot Grange is opposite the bp garage.

Cancellations: If the booking is cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period (24 hrs or less) your credit card will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Reservations must be cancelled one day beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
