General Information

Jamaica Inn hotel, Cornwall's legendary training cottage, immortalised in Daphne du Maurier's novel of the same name, features stood high on Bodmin Moor for over 4 centuries. We're quiet referred to by historians as Cornwall's most famed smuggling inn. These days we do welcome the more salubrious visitor ... and the odd ghost! The Jamaica Inn was made celebrated by the book and film of the same name by Daphne Du Maurier and the Inn also consists of a gallery and gift boutique in addition to a cafe and restaurant. The Jamaica Inn features 16 well appointed bedrooms, all en - room, we also have several romantic 4 placard bedrooms and who knows you may be visited by one of our resident ghosts. From breakfast till late evening, you are able to appreciate an vast variety of home-cooked food and we are a family hospitable hotel and inn.


Transportation

From M5 take the A30 towards Okehampton Bodmin. Approx 12 miles past Launceston take the turn off for Bolventor Jamaica Inn Museums.
