Arden Guest House is located in Kingussie in the center of Cairngorm National Park. Embedded in its own park grounds with a broad private parking zone, the cottage is a beautiful specimen of a Highland Victorian Villa. It holds a lot of period characteristics and features been sympathetically modernized and creates an unspoiled and quiet setting where you can have a rest in comfort. Norrie and Jenny Hannah invite you to Arden House. Arden House is located at the West End of Kingussie, within a short distance of the Town Centre with it is big variety of amenities. The city is accessed next to the A9 highway about 70miles north of Perth and 43 miles south of Inverness. Kingussie features much to propose the open-air enthusiast with activities such as climbing, rambling, pony trekking and skiing in the winter months, in addition to a challenging 18 hole hillside hole golf course. The region is also popular with wildlife watchers and those interested in places of historic interest. There are 5 en-suite bedrooms including a first floor family apartment good for assisted wheelchair access (one step at facade door), a King-size Victorian Bedroom with roll upper bath, a Four Poster Bedroom, a Double Bedroom and a Twin suite, all with showers. The snug apartments are painted to a high standard with FreeSat T.V., Wi-Fi, hair drier, tea/coffee making amenities, alarm clock, complimentary toileteries and fluffy white towels. Clients are welcome to come and go as they please during the day. We are proud of ourselves on caring for our Guests. A full Scottish Breakfast is offered along with Fresh Fruit, Yoghurts, Porridge and Cereals or a Continental Breakfast as a lighter option, and we will endeavour to serve for unique diets with a small notice. Breakfast is catered between 8am and 9. 30am but earlier breakfasts are available on the occasion of a demand. There are a lot of marvellous bars and restaurants in Kingussie in addition to in surrounding Aviemore.
