This Grade II listed property is perfectly located just 75 yards from Chesil Beach and its 18 mile long stretch of pebbles, giving unrivalled access to swimming, diving, fishing, cycling and strolling along the rugged Jurassic Coastline. It's a level walk to the recently built Portland Marina and the National Sailing Academy which is hosting the 2012 Olympics. There are boutiques, pubs, bars and restaurants within short distance and you're only a short ride away from Weymouth Town its sandy coastline and the beautiful harbor.
