Exit J8 of the M11. At the first roundabout take the 5th exit for the A120 and continue on this highway passing 8 more roundabouts. As this highway becomes the A12, turn right into Pound Lane then right again back onto the A12. The guesthouse is located five miles south of Ipswich on the southbound carriageway of the A12.
