General Information

Wydon Farm B&B is a working farm based on 366 acres of National Trust Bellister estate. Providing 4 star lodging in a sumptuous barn conversion, it's the matchless National Trust bed & breakfast farm in Northumberland. It's located at to Haltwhistle, Hexham, Corbridge, Haydon Bridge and Alston. It features its own pitches on the South Tyne river (one of one of the best salmon rivers in England) and a bridleway passes though the farm. It's easily reachible by highway and the railway station under a mile away. There are plenty of of things to do and see. Stay Hadrian’s Wall, necessary Roman sites of Vindolanda, Housesteads, Birdoswald and Chesters, historic Alnwick Castle and terraces, Kielder Water, Northumberland National Park and tasteful coastline including Holy Island and Farne Islands. A landlord of sites able to be accessed using the prize winning Hadrian’s Wall Bus Service, which is less than a mile away. Wydon welcomes all kinds of visitor like cyclists, walkers, families and dog proprietors. For the cyclist, there is the Hardian’s Wall cycle path and for walkers there is a landlord of Hadrian’s Wall national trails and shepherds’ strolls. The B&B features 3 huge en-suite suites. The 4 placard room is equipped a gulf bath and all suites come with colour television, DVD player, tea & facilities of making coffee, central heating, fridge and clock radio. The breakfast catered is a conventional full English breakfast with an option of cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit and juices.
