There is a shuttle bus that runs from the airport to the downtown, Buchannan Bus Station, Central and Queen Street Train Stations (around two miles away). From any of the above, take the metro to Hillhead stop. From here: - Walk out of the exit and turn right onto Byres Road. - Continue until end and over the crossroads onto Queen Margaret Drive, beside the Botanical Gardens. - Cross over a bridge and take the first left onto Kelvin Drive, where you can find the hotel. By auto from the M8: - Take exit 18 signed St. Georges Cross. - Stay in right hand lane and take the 1st right, signed "Glasgow University". - Follow the semi-roundabout around and continue direct through the traffic lights onto St. Georges Road. - Continue and turn left before the bridge and traffic lights, signed "Hillhead", continuing onto Great Western Road. - Continue for around a mile till traffic lights and cross highways. - Turn right onto Queen Margaret Drive and continue as above. The Embassy Apartments have a independent private parking zone located at the rear of the building.

Reservations must be cancelled two days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
