General Information

Garden Farm is a trendy barn conversion perfectly located in quiet village, yet only one mile from the A1 and five miles South of Newcastle City Centre. Garden Farm brings a touch of the rural area to the center of the City. If you're here on work or recreation we could not be more convenient. The suites are all adjacent and finished to a greatly high standard, offering the utmost in comfort while you are staying. Within the mezzanine apartments the original beams are exposed to provide a genuine feeling of heritage and character. All of our rooms are greatly vast and delicate, with privately-owned entrances nearby a lawned patio district. The privy access allows you to come and go at your recreation without being disturbed. There is a breakfast room within the grounds. The breakfast room is open Monday-Thursday 6.30pm-8.30pm and a pre-order is required by 6pm. There is unlimited independent car park obtainable on place. Check in is from 4pm.

Transportation

From the SouthFollow the A1(M) keep left at mix 65 and visit on the A1, pass the Angel of the North on right hand side. Take next left sign posted Team Valley Retail World. Drop down to round-about and take the 2nd exit sign posted Lady Park. Follow the highway round to the left and up the hill for about 1 mile (small state lane). We are located on the right hand side. From the NorthFollow the A1 past the Metro Centre. Visit on the A1 untill you get to a bend in the dual carriageway sign posted warning 40mph, take slip highway on urgent left after the bend. Sign posted Team Valley Retail World. Drop down to round-about in right hand lane, and take the 5th exit sign posted Lady Park. Follow the highway round to left and up the hill for about 1 mile (small state lane). We are located on the right hand side. N.b. Do not take the 1st exit for the Team Valley after passing the Metro Centre. Ascertain you wait for the 40mph signs on the bend.
