The Full Moon at Rudge Hotel Frome

General Information

A conventional state inn with present-day comforts embedded in the Somerset village 7 miles from Longleat and just 20 min drive from Bath. Built in approximately 1690, the Full Moon was a training inn on a crossroads leading to Salisbury Plain and the necessary wool center in Beckington. Nowadays, it's a relaxed base for visits to Bath and the Mendips in addition to being convenient to Frome, Warminster, Westbury and Trowbridge. With vivid lodging, prime food and a comprehensive function apartment, all with a lot of self-sufficient on-site car park, the Full Moon is a charming serene location for getting along with friends and family in addition to business conferences and wedding receptions. Transportation

Take the A36 from Bath for approximately 12 miles. At Standerwick countryside turn left immediately after the Bell pub. The highway is signposted to Rudge and we are approximately a mile from the A36. Note: don't take the sign marked Rudge from the Beckington roundabout as this is a less straight route. From SalisburyWarminster take A36 north to Bath for approximately four miles. After the railroad bridge at Standerwick, take the signposted right hand turn to Rudge, immediately before the Bell pub.
