From North, leave M25 at Junction 12 and take the M3 southbound. Leave M3 at J4. Take second on roundabout onto the A331. Branch left then take 3rd Exit. Take the first exit at the following three roundabouts. At Clockhouse roundabout, take three the 3rd Exit onto Victoria Road. Max House is on the left.
