Transportation

From THE SOUTH, Low Wood Hall is easily accessed by means of blend 36 of the M6 Motorway. Take the A590A595 (coast road) signposted towards Barrow, Whitehaven. From the A595 turn right via the countryside of Gosforth and follow signs for Wasdale. After 2-3 miles, turn right for Nether Wasdale. Low Wood Hall is located at the upper of the hill in the hamlet of Nether Wasdale. From THE NORTH, exit the M6 from blend 40, Penrith and head west on the A66 through past Keswick and Cockermouth. Combine the A595 at Workington, drive south past Whitehaven and take the left hand sign for Gosforth and Eskdale from the A595. Follow directions from Gosforth as above.
