The Walton is comfortably located for the treveller and business traveler alike, providing direct access to Edinburgh's night life, shopping, work center and the Edinburgh Festival. Guests like an idyllic, friendly surroundings the entire with full cooked Scottish breakfasts and self-sufficient limited personal car car park. We provide independent WI-FI access in The Walton Hotel!!!Check in is from 2pm-9pm for the Guest House and 5pm-8pm for our suites.

Transportation

By car; from the City Bypass West (A720) Gogar Junction from M8 take slip highway onto town bypass (A720) heading north. After Gogar roundabout take the left hand slip and turn left onto Maybury Road (A902). Continue to Barnton Junction and turn right onto Queensferry Road (A90). Follow this highway till you have crossed the Dean Bridge, then turn left onto Randolph Crescent. The following 3 turns are made in fast succession: take the 1st left onto Great Stuart Street and then bear right on Ainslie Place for Colme St. Colme St will become Queen St so drive direct ahead along Queen Street till you arrive to the combination with Hanover Street. Turn left onto Queen Street Gardens East and continue down the hill (it will become Dundas Street). Turn right onto Cumberland Street and then 1st left down Cumberland North East Lane. You'll see the Walton car parking on your left. Please take into account that off avenue car parking is limited and operates on a 1-st come, 1st catered basis.
