Whilst breakfast is catered in the Osbourne Hotel, visitors are encouraged to enjoy a drink, snack or evening meal in any one of several surrounding cafes and restaurants. Without the need to maintain a restaurant or brasserie in the hotel, Osbourne’s rates can be maintained low and the standard of apartments high. The apartments are accessible between 13: 00 and 14:00, and the check-out time is 11: 00 on day of departure. Whether you arrive before 13: 00 then we can store your baggage for you in our luggage store suite. We do not have a auto garden thanks our greatly main location but there are two multi-storey national auto gardens surrounding, one beyond the Osbourne and one around the corner. However, you are able to garden outside the Osbourne on the avenue after 18:

Travel information
By auto: From Edinburgh Airport (16 kilometers / ten miles): - Follow the A8 onto the A902 and proceed to its end. - Turn right onto the A90 and then back onto the A902. - Turn right into Montague Terrace, leading onto Inverleith Row and Howard Place. - Continue into Warriston Place, crossing the river, and take the second left into Canonmills, then Rodney Street, then Bellevue into Broughton Street. - Keep going till you reach Picardy Place Roundabout. - Go all the way round and back into Broughton Street and take the left hand fork into York Place. From the South / M6 / M74: - Coming up to the M74 at Junction 8, take the A71 to Edinburgh. - Follow it to its end and then at Calder fusion, continue direct ahead on the A71 along Gorgie Road to its end. - Go direct on through to Dalry Road and continue on this till you reach Haymarket Railway Station. - Carry on direct through and turn right onto West Maitland Street, then right again on to Torphichen Street and then right onto Dewar Place. - Turn left at the end of Dewar Place into Morrison Street and then first right into Lothian Road, continuing into Earl Grey Street. - At the end of Earl Grey Street take the second turning at the fork (Brougham Street) which leads into Melville Drive. - Continue on Melville Drive for, then turn right into Summerville Place. - Take second left into West Preston Street, first left into South Clerk Street- which leads into Clerk Street. - Take Nicolson Street, South Bridge Street, North Bridge Street, till you reach Princes Street. - Turn Right into Princes Street then first left into Leith Street. - Keep going till you get to the Picardy Place Roundabout, take the first left into Broughton Street and then left into York Place. Parking: - Street parking zone is available outside the hotel between 18: 30 and 07: 30 every night. Osbourne Hotel is also ensuite to a few multi-storey auto gardens. By rail: From Waverley Train Station (900 metres): - Exit the Station onto Waverley Bridge. - Head right, till you get to Princes Street. - Turn right again and turn left at Leith Street. - Follow the curve of the highway around to the left, and you'll eventually find yourself on York Place, just after the roundabout.

Cancellation policy
Reservations must be cancelled two days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
