Our hotel is situated next door to its sister hotel (the Haymarket) near Haymarket station, very near to Edinburgh downtown. In fact Princes Street able to be reached by foot in under ten minutes. The guesthouse is comfortably situated on the highway to the airport, the transfer time being just 15-10 mins.

This hotel is proud of a generous peaceful location and hospitable, individual service.

The cosy and roomy bedrooms all come equiped with an en-suite shower and toilet, tea and coffee tray. All apartments are greatly conventional in design, with high Victorian ceilings and windows.

The hotel features only a dining room on the 1st floor, which is very conventional in design with wooden furniture and Scottish tartan carpet.

The foyer is rather little, but this is only a highly little hotel, creating a cheerful and friendly atmosphere.
