Important information
No pets allowed. We have a no smoking policy. For kids under the age of seven we are cheerful to put in an additional bed at the rate of 35 per night. We do not charge for baby cots. At peak request times - The Festivals / Rugby Internationals - we have minimum stays and may also call for 25%/50% deposits.
Cancellation policy
Reservations must be cancelled seven days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child policy
Kids older than seven year are considered adult for suite occupancy.
