The Broughton region of Edinburgh, as the post code/zip suggests EH1, is the downtown. We welcome everybody who prefers this nice and vibrant part of city. This is Edinburgh's Nottinghill.

East along Princes Street, then left into St Andrews Square, turn right into York Place. Continue eastwards along that st till you come to its fusion with Broughton Street. Turn left into Broughton Street and then 2nd right into Broughton Place. The hotel is located at the end of the highway.

It's extremely necessary that you provide an accurate arrival time when booking. Please call the hotel to confirm prior to arrival. A credit card is required to secure your booking.

Reservations must be cancelled two days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 12 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than two year can staying for independent.
