The Ben Doran is not good for kids under the age of 12. The total property is strictly non-smoking. Sorry, no pets allowed. A one night's deposit is required, but will be refunded (except for £9 executive fee) in the case of cancellation with notice of seven days. No show will be charged full amount. Reservations are non-refundable during the following periods: Hogmanay, August, rugby holidays. A three-night minimum applies December 29 through January first.

Reservations must be cancelled seven days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
