Breakfast is catered from 08: 00 till 10:00. Price of Full English Breakfast (if not included in Price of Room): five GBP.

From the railway station we are North, we are ten mins away from Princess Street and George Street.

We take a deposit of 20% off the entire bill, and then we take the full amount less the 20% on departure including phone and I-net bills. 20% deposits are non refundable. We do not allow pets into the Relax Guesthouse and all suites including hall district are non-smoking. If apartments have been paid for and guest(s) do not show or produce changes within seven days of the arrival date, we are liable to take the full 100% booking value. We only take a minimum of 4 night stays during Christmas and New Year and these bookings must be made in only the Christmas and New Year suites. For parking spaces, we do have a meter that you are able to put money into and that will provide as much time as you need from Monday to Friday, holidays are self-sufficient and you are able to garden where ever you choose. We do different types of breakfasts including full Scottish, vegetarian, mainland breakfast. Whether there is anything you would like, that we don't have on the menu please don't hesitate to ask. We are more than cheerful to oblige.

Reservations must be cancelled one day beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than seven year are considered adult for suite occupancy. Kids no older than 6 year can staying for independent.
