The little, hospitable, family-managed hotel is situated right in the middle of Scotland's picturesque capital town, Edinburgh. Although mins away from the train and bus stations, and less than five mins away from Princes Street, the hotel is tucked away in a still cobbled alley, moments from the hustle and hubbub of the town. The hotel is located in Forth Street, off Broughton Street.

Reservations must be cancelled seven days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 12 year are considered adult for suite occupancy. Kids no older than five year can staying for independent.
