The hotel includes 32 en-suite apartments, a lot of of which silent have original Victorian cornice-work. All suites are with taste embellished.

Breakfast is catered from 07: 30 till 09:00. Price of Breakfast Buffet (if not included in Price of Room: four. 50 GBP).

The Hotel is situated in the Haymarket district in the west end of the center of the city. The Edinburgh Conference Centre is 8 mins stroll away and Princes Street ten mins stroll. The Haymarket district is well catered by mass transport systems - buses, trains and the Airport Shuttle Link facilities all stop here.

A credit card secure is required to confirm any bookings. Pets are allowed (at a charge), but the hotel has to be notified prior to arrival. Last minute cancellations will be charged in full.

Reservations must be cancelled one day in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than two year are considered adult for suite occupancy. Kids no older than two year can staying for self-sufficient.
