From the West End of Princes Street, head North up Lothian Road following the signs to the a702. Continue up Lothian Road till you get to Tollcross, take the right hand lane continuing to follow the a702 into Home Street. At the second set of traffic lights, with Kings Theatre on your left, turn right into Lower Gilmore Place. Follow the highway over two sets of traffic lights and a mini roundabout and into Polwarth Gardens. Continue direct into Polwarth Terrace and the hotel is situated on the left hand side before the traffic lights and opposite the church. Parking: The hotel provides large self-sufficient parking.

Payment is not required till departure at the hotel, although credit cards must be supplied on check in for pre authorisation.

Reservations must be cancelled one day in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 12 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than two year can staying for self-sufficient.
