The rooms are a short stroll from the Royal Mile, with Edinburgh Castle at one end and Holyrood Palace at the other end. Princes Street boulevard is also close by, the city's shopping hub, that also proposes galleries and museums to investigate, including the National Gallery of Scotland which houses art from Renaissance to Post-impressionist periods. Wander through Princes Street terraces, and visit the different nearby cafes and restaurants.

From Edinburgh downtown: - Apartment are just several minutes stroll from Princess Street and Waverly Station. - From the east end of Princes Street, turn right onto North Bridge and continue through South Bridge to Nicolson Street. West Nicolson Street is on the right.

Payment Terms: 50% is charged upon booking with the balance payable upon arrival. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival full refund minus a ten GBP administration fee. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days, 50% of rental fee is payable. 13 days and less: full rental fee is payable.

Reservations must be cancelled seven days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
