A little, privately-owned hotel. Mostly advised by previous customers thanks cheaper rates, wonderful location, hospitable facilities, a lively full cooked breakfast and one of the best vista of Calton Hill.

Homely beds are supplemented by a coffee/tea maker and daily fresh towels. All TVs come with remote control and most have built-in DVD players. Apartments have a vista of either the back park or London Road (to the facade of Calton Hill). Most amenities over three floors (such as showers and toilets) are shared.

Lyncliff Hotel is situated in the center, close to the foot of the outstanding Calton Hill. It's within short distance of major Princes Street, Waverley Train Station and Saint Andrew Square Bus Station. Just two minutes' stroll from the Playhouse Theatre. Also right next to the John Lewis Store and the recent Omni building.

The Lyncliff is centrally located only a slow ten mins walk from Waverley Station and Princes Street, 6 mins from the Bus Station, St. Andrews Square, York Place, and is comfortably situated for all the a lot of guest park amusements Edinburgh can offer.

A credit card is required as a secure. Whether the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking.

Reservations must be cancelled three days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than five year are considered adult for suite occupancy. Kids no older than five year can staying for self-sufficient.
