From m8 and the West - Follow signs for the downtown. From Princes Street, turn right into Lothian Road. Take 1st left along Kings Stables, which brings you out at the Grassmarket. At end of highway, turn left, and follow highway under 2 highway bridges. You'll come to a busy crossroad at St Mary Street, and you want to go direct across into Holyrood Road. Just after the recent University Halls of Residence, turn into little close on lhs called Hammermans Entry. Follow highway round, and this will bring you to our auto garden gates. Auto Parking is charged @ five. 00 per night till 31st March 2005. Parking from first April 2005 will be charged at 6. 50 per night. From the East End of Princes St., Take the highway up North Bridge at the fusion of the bridge & the Royal Mile, turn left and head down toward The Palkace of Holyrood House. You arrive at a roundabout and should turn right along Horse Wynd and right again onto Holyrood Road. Take the 2nd opening on your rhs into Hammerman's Entry.

A 25% non refundable deposit by credit card is required as a secure. Please note we have a seven day cancellation policy, thus whether you cancel you booking within seven days of your arrival date you'll be charged for the whole staying.

Reservations must be cancelled seven days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 14 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than two year can staying for self-sufficient.
