The Harbour suites are situated within a modish recent development in the vibrant region of Leith, with the Edinburgh City Centre just 20 mins away and catered by a quick, reliable complimentary shuttle amenities. Once a busy shipping port, Leith has undergone a wide regeneration and redevelopment in new years. It's now home to the Scottish Executive and park amusements such as the Royal Yacht Britania and the Ocean Terminal. This cosmopolitan region has a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars, with something to please each taste. With complimentary access to the Next Generation Gym Sports and Spa Facilities, guarantee parking and complimentary shuttle bus to the downtown, the Harbour Apartments propose a genuine alternative to a hotel apartment. Run on a hotel basis with a minimum one night staying we propose 4* lodging and the freedom and flexibility of your own suite for the same price as a hotel suite. Please note the Leith redevelopment project will be completed by 2008, however in the meantime some rooms do have vistas which comprise business sites in addition to the Firth of Forth.
Room information
Built in 2006 these modish suites have elevator access to all levels and guarantee entrance telephone system in addition to promise parking zone for over 100 autos. All of our suites have two homely bedrooms which can be arranged as twins or doubles on demand, with all linen and towels provided. The rooms have two privately-owned bathrooms with powerful showers and bath. Our fully fitted kitchens comprise utensils, toaster, oven, microwave and washing machine. A welcome pack is also provided on arrival consisting of cereal, milk, tea and coffee. Our Harbour Apartments have a cozy hall with a dining region, TV and DVD player. In addition there are futon beds which can give lodging for two additional persons.

Travel information
By Shuttle Bus: Guest can seize the opportunity of our complimentary shuttle bus. The shuttle bus departs from 6 Queen Street and will take you to the Harbour Apartments reception for check-in. By Car (from the City Centre): - From Waverly Station Bridge, cross diagonally right over Princes Street onto South St Andrew Street. - Take a left onto St Andrew Square and then take the first right. - Follow St Andrew Square down take the second right onto Queen Street. - From Queen Street head along to York Place. - At the traffic signals continue forward till you get to Picardy Place roundabout. - Turn left (1st exit) at the roundabout and head down past The Edinburgh Playhouse (on your right) till you get to another roundabout. - Go direct over the roundabout (1st exit) and follow Leith Walk till the highway forks. At these traffic signals turn left onto Great Junction Street. - Take the second left onto Lindsay Road. - Follow the highway till you get to a roundabout and take the second exit, following signs for ‘The Western Harbour Development’, ‘The Element’ and ‘The Next Generation Gym’. - Follow this highway till you get to the final block. Reception is on the 1st floor of block C. This is where you check-in and pick up your keys. By Public Transport: From the airport: The airport bus departs each 15 mins. Visitors must disembark at the Waverly Bridge terminus (opposite Waverly Station).

Late checkouts can be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge at check-in. We do also propose a luggage storage facility before and after checkout. All our suites are strictly non-smoking. Apartments will be serviced and fresh linen and towels provided once a month. Supplementary servicing can be arranged at additional cost.
Cancellation policy
Reservations must be cancelled three days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child policy
Kids older than 13 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than 12 year can staying for independent.
