Pets will be considered, but not secured. Full pre-payment will be required on arrival. A credit card will be required to be used as a promise against any additional charges, such as phone calls while you are staying.

Reservations must be cancelled 14 days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 13 year are considered adult for suite occupancy. Kids no older than 12 year can staying for self-sufficient.
