Hotel information
We propose suites in and around Scotland’s capital, which are a true alternative to a hotel suite. Run on a hotel basis with a minimum one night staying, we propose three and four-star lodging in an option of locations across the town. Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of your own suite for the same price as a hotel suite. Your suite will be allocated on arrival and can be any of our suites across Edinburgh. We have rooms around the world-famous Royal Mile, including the Grassmarket district. We also have rooms in the Edinburgh New Town in addition to in the ongoing New Western Harbour Development (about four kms from town centre). No special location can be assured. If you're here on work, with the family, here to party with friends or just for a romantic town break, we will endeavor to serve for your preferred location on demand.
Room information
All features have cosy beds with linen and towels provided. Some of our features are studio suites in which living and sleeping districts are combined. All of our suites have privately-owned bathrooms with a powerful shower. Our fully fitted kitchens comprise utensils, a toaster, a stove and a microwave. Most of our features have a detach hall district, whilst some studios have living and sleeping districts combined. Futon beds are accessible to accommodate supplementary customers in a lot of suites. A lot of suites have complimentary Wi-Fi access whilst the I-net, a phone, a fax and a safe are all accessible at our central office. These services may incur supplementary charges.
Area information
Rooms are situated all across Edinburgh, from the outstanding Royal Mile and Grassmarket region, to Edinburgh New Town. No particular location can be assured.
Travel information
By Car: From Edinburgh Airport to Queen Street Head Office: - Exit Edinburgh Airport onto East Field Road – follow signs for the town centre/Edinburgh Zoo. - Go through Eastfield Road and turn left onto the A8. - Enter Edinburgh on Glasgow Road (A8). Go through the Drumbrae roundabout and onto Saint John's Road (A8). This will become Corstorphine Road (A8). - Turn right on Roseburn Terrace (A8). Carry onto West Coates, which becomes Haymarket Terrace (A8). - Turn left into Haymarket (A8) and carry on West Maitland Street. This becomes Shandwick Place (A8), which becomes Princes Street. - Turn left onto South Charlotte Street (A90) which becomes Charlotte Square and then North Charlotte Street. - Turn right onto Albyn Place, and turn left into Queen Street. We are at number 6 Queen Street (opposite end) on the right-hand side, next to the Jam House. By Bus: From Edinburgh Airport: The Airlink Bus number 100 costs approximately five GBP (return) (2007). The airport bus departs each 15 mins. Customers must disembark at the Waverly Bridge terminus (opposite Waverly Station). The reception and key range is about a seven -10 minute stroll from there. By Taxi: A cab will cost about 20 GBP from the airport (2007).
Important information
Scottish Apartments propose a complimentary luggage storage facility before and after check-out. Scottish Apartments do not propose parking. Visitors can garden at one of the surrounding NCP auto gardens, which propose a safety parking site while you are staying. All rooms are strictly non-smoking, and there can be some din in suites situated in the downtown. Please note that some of the suites are situated in historical buildings and that there is no elevator. Clients who have mobility problems are kindly asked to report Scottish Apartments of this when booking.
Cancellation policy
Reservations must be cancelled three days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child policy
Kids older than 13 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than 12 year can staying for self-sufficient.
