The frequency is each three minutes Monday-Saturday and each 15 minutes on Sundays. By highway: From the downtown: Take the A8 from the center of the city towards the West End. The hotel is 300 yds behind Haymarket station, on the right-hand side. From the West or North: Head for the A8 (city centre). The hotel is along the A8 (St Johns Road-Corstorphine Road) leading to West Coates. From the Airport: Head along the A8 towards the downtown for approximately 6 kilometres - the Cumberland Hotel is on the left. From M8, City Bypass or M9/M90: Head for the A8 to the North West of Edinburgh, then drive along the A8 into the town. The Cumberland is within 0. five kilometres from the West End of the town.

Minimum staying policy of three nights applicable for particular occasions, golf, highland show, concerts, august holidays, recent year (29 Dec-2 Jan), rugby internationals (variable dates), edinburgh celebration (1-31 Aug) and bank weekends - Although your booking may have gone through online - the hotel will be in touch with you for the minimum of three nights staying for the specific occasions etc. Premium Rates are applicable. Unique Events such as the Highland Show and other occasions in June also attract a minimum of three nights staying. Your credit card is used to take a 50% non-refundable deposit from your credit immediately after a booking is made. Whether the card is not authorised, we reserve the right to cancel this booking immediately and will have no obligation to propose you a suite upon your arrival. Please produce sure that your card is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the costs of the deposit. Credit card payment attracts a 2% surcharge. The balance will be charged to your card during the month prior to your arrival. Clients who are stay for one night only, full payment will be taken as deposit.

Reservations must be cancelled 40 days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 12 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than two year can staying for independent.
