Hearty Scottish breakfasts are catered at individual tables in the recent Conservatory. Whilst enjoying you breakfast you are able to panorama a beautiful park whilst sitting in our greenhouse. We are little family run work that puts our guests 1st. Our holiday hotel is equipped to a high standard throughout. Situated near to the great highway and rail links around Edinburgh, yet just ten minutes from the center of the city. We have independent on avenue car parking and a straight bus amenities direct to Princess Street. We also just 10 minutes drive from the recent Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and less that ten minutes from The Playhouse. The Classic House is the main basis for guests.

Social TransportFrom - To town: Bus 42 On approaching Edinburgh, combine the town by-pass till you get to the Straiton intersection. Then follow the signs for CityCentre (A701). From A720 Edinburgh South leave at A701 and follow the signs for the downtown. Keep going till you get to Liberton Brae, where you keep on the left lane. We are only half a mile on your left.
