Every room is embellished in its own particular fashion. All bedrooms have cosy beds with linen and towels provided. Bathrooms are privately-owned and fitted with a powerful shower and bath. Travel information
From Edinburgh Airport to Queen Street: - Exit Edinburgh Airport on to East Field Road. - Follow signs for the town centre/ Edinburgh zoo. - Go through Eastfield Road and turn left onto the A8. - Enter into Edinburgh carrying on Glasgow Road (A8). - Go through the Drumbrae roundabout and onto Saint John's Road (A8). - This will become Corstorphine Road (A8). - Turn right on the Roseburn Terrace (A8). - Carry onto West Coates, which becomes Haymarket Terrace (A8). - Turn left into Haymarket (A8) and carry on West Maitland Street. - This becomes Shandwick Place (A8) which becomes Princes Street. - Turn left onto South Charlotte Street (A90) which becomes Charlotte Square and then North Charlotte Street. - Turn right onto Albyn Place, and turn left into Queen Street. - We are at number 6 Queen Street (opposite end) on the right-hand side, next to the Jam House. Alternatively, you are able to take a cab from the airport for about 20 GBP or take the air link bus for five GBP return. The airport bus departs each 15 mins. Clients must disembark at the Waverly Bridge terminus (opposite Waverly Station). Reception and key range is about a seven to 10-minute stroll from here.

Cancellation policy
Reservations must be cancelled three days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
