Follow signs for a702 to Lothian Road and continue on Lothian Road to 5th set of traffic lights (Tollcross clock). Turn right onto Home Street (still a702 direction). Hotel is about mile further on right facing Bruntsfield Links garden. From the South and East (a1, a68 and a7): Follow signs onto the town bypass (a720). Exit at Lothianburn fusion onto the a702 (Comiston Road to city). Continue on a702 / Comiston Road into town for about three miles. You'll pass through shopping area of Morningside. Continue on Morningside Road to Bruntsfield Place. Hotel is on left facing Bruntsfield Links garden. From the West (m8 / m9): Follow motorway signs to take the exit for the town bypass which is signposted as a720. Exit at Lothianburn blend onto the a702 (Comiston Road to city). Continue on a702 / Comiston Road into town for about three miles. You'll pass through shopping region of Morningside. Continue on Morningside Road to Bruntsfield Place. Hotel is on left facing Bruntsfield Links.

Please be recommended that smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel including social regions, bars, restaurants, meeting apartments and bedrooms. Kids up to age 14 are accommodated free when sharing a apartment with two groun-ups, and charged only meals as taken. Kids up to age 14 in a suite on their own are charged at 75% of the adult rate. No pets allowed, with the exception of guide dogs and hearing dogs.

Reservations must be cancelled one day in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
