All rooms in the hotel have en-suite except one which features a personal extensive bathroom. The breakfast room features a coal fire which is used during chilly mornings. Although central to all sights including Arthur's Seat and the Palace of Holyrood; the cottage is still, tranquil and relaxing, facing park with the waters of the Firth of Forth flowing in the distance. For your comfort, we provide 5 fully furnished en-suite bedrooms and 1 double bedroom which features an intimate huge bathroom; all modernised and renovated in June 2006 to a high standard.
