The Devonshire Park Hotel is an deluxe Victorian property situated in one of the best positions in Eastbourne. Our bedrooms are greatly extensive and furnished with everything needed for a homely visit, and our 2 lounges propose a relaxed ambiance in which to socialise or to simply unwind with a nice book. All facade apartments face the widely-known Devonshire Park International Tennis Centre, while our rear apartments look over the Victorian Wilmington Gardens and to the South Downs in the distance.

Our bedrooms are greatly commodious, with en-suite service and are furnished with everything needed for a cosy visit. Our Food is Traditional English Cuisine at its best; a Full English Breakfast and Cold Buffet to beginning the day and a Five Course Evening Meal are catered in our Spacious Restaurant. Light snacks are accessible daily and catered in the Bar or alfresco in the Front Garden. On Sundays we also provide a choice of Roast Lunches catered in the Restaurant. Eastbourne is straight from London Victoria by Train and just several mins cab ride from Eastbourne Railway Station. By Car: The Main highways towards Eastbourne are the A22 and A27. Once within the city, follow signs for The Congress Theatre and Devonshire Park. The Hotel is situated opposite both.

In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 72 Hours Notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the entire booking value will be charged. A Non-Refundable Deposit of 20% of the entire balance will be charged to your card details on reservation. We recommend taking out UK Travel Insurance to ensure against this eventuality and your deposit refund. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

We only accept kids over 12 years of age from June to October.
